Best of all, he was so friendly and willing to communicate with the buyer as well as the seller while he worked. My realtor told me that it’s rare to find an inspector who’s willing to communicate to his level! As a new home buyer who practically knows nothing about maintenance of a house, He was so patient and gave me many useful suggestions. His fee structure was simple and clear, great for budgeting. After the inspection, he sent me the report within an hour and also provided useful YouTube videos and product recommendations for future maintenance. I have nothing bad to say. Stefano is simply amazing! Highly recommended!
