I've had the pleasure of meeting Ridvan twice now and both times he was at my home within hours to address the problem. Thanks to him the problems we've experienced never got to escalate as Ridvan capped the issue before it became a more expensive and maybe even irreversible problem. I especially appreciated his honestly in not trying to oversell me on things I dont need, and also his transparency in ensuring me that my issues did not mean a complete replacement of an entire unit. Things like that are what keep professionals in my mind the next time I have an issue because I know I won't get gouged by dishonest technicians trying to take advantage of people who aren't well versed in their craft. Lots of respect for these guys is definitely warranted. When they fix it, its fixed. Not ever had I ever had to call them back. Call them.
