My water heater tank had developed a pin hole and was leaking out on the floor for weeks, and I kept towels under it and monitored the situation until it was no longer tenable. It was a relief to get a replacement unit installed on the same day I called, on a Saturday, and the venting was re-connected to the original in-flow and out-flow pipes since the unit was compatible to the old one. This way, the extra expense and hassle of demolition to run new piping was avoided. Big thanks goes out to Tyler for his polite, thorough and prompt service.
