Project was finished on time and on budget (even when a room was painted in the wrong colour and they stayed extra late to fix the error). Highly recommend this company!

After purchasing a foreclosure, we had a lot of renos/upgrades that needed to be completed. I found 4-Star in the BBB directory and had to use them twice. The first electrician they sent I was not happy with - his work was OK, but his attitude and demeanor were not professional. When I called 4-Star, they were quick to replace him with a different electrician, no questions asked. That said, the quality of the work from both electricians was exemplary and the second guy even recommended some things we could do to lower our electric bill.

Called Ken's Plumbing from a recommendation from our local hardware store. Ken was very quick to respond and even though he didn't carry the toilets we wanted, he sourced them out and was able to get a discount on what we were quoted from the same store. His labour rates are more than reasonable and he makes sure it's done right the first time. I highly recommend Ken!

Landscape Innovations is a small landscape company that was recommended by a coworker. The owner/operator, Tim, is very knowledgeable with not only design, but with recommending practical solutions at a reasonable price. Our very large yard had to be completely gutted (top 4 inches of entire yard removed) and Tim designed a two tier cedar deck (2 decks each 10' x 14') as well as large garden areas and a firepit area. His pricing was by far the best and his work ethic and attention to detail were second to none. Because he is a one-man show, it may take a bit longer for your project to be completed, but the quality and end result is worth it.

A. Clark was recommended to me and we were very impressed with the quality, professionalism and speed of their service. Our house had pine shakes and the entire project from tear off to final inspection was just under 2 days. We had our roof put on last October and a few of the shingles flew off during those awful windstorms last winter and they were at the house within HOURS of my calling to replace and reinspect at no cost. A. Clark may seem to be a bit more expensive than some companies, but the peace of mind and quality are second to none!
