John arrived on time, got right to work evaluating the problem and offering some solutions. Our preferred option wouldn’t fit so we fixed the existing toilet, took very little time and no inconvenience.
On time, diagnosed problem quickly, had parts on hand and repaired the appliance in an hour. Clean machine and work space when done. Very good job.
