if you decide to go with them, you have to be very careful that, they may just charge you $150 and tell you they can't fix it. you have to replace a new one. then those $150 is just for the labor who comes and tells you to replace a new one. terrible service. They representative is terrible to yelling to the customer.

I'm sorry you feel this way. As we discussed with you prior to booking your initial appointment we could special order the parts you insisted we bring out to the first call out, however that you would need to pre-pay the shipping charges passed on to us from our suppliers. We did exactly as you instructed and went out with the parts in an attempt repair the DW. Upon inspection of the DW we determined it was not safe to install the parts and instead suggested you replace the DW. I called you to explain the situation. You were charged for the service call, shipping and GST as explained and pre-quoted during our 1st conversation. We did nothing wrong. Instead of accept the diagnosis and accept your responsibility you demanded a 100% refund or you would smear our good name on social media. How is this fair? We choose to forgive your regardless your actions.
