Install new windows and sliding door
I ordered new windows and a sliding glass doors with blinds in the glass. They weren't able to accommodate the sliding door size with the blinds but decided not to tell me until after installation. Each time I asked about the blinds they said not to worry they would just swap out the glass with the ones with blinds. Then in the end they said. "Oh sorry we can't. It's the wrong size"

Hello David, I am sorry to learn of your disappointing experience. Creating glass units with blinds is complicated and can only be done in bulk quantities. As a result, we are only able to offer in-glass blinds in certain high volume, standard sizes. I apologize that our field staff were not aware that in-glass blinds are not available in custom sized doors. This was an honest mistake and I assure you that they would not purposely try to deceive you. Someone will be reaching out to you directly to further discuss your situation.
