Sam provided excellent, knowledgeable, timely, and friendly service as we planned our flooring project. The pricing for both the product and the installation was very reasonable and stood out compared to other companies we considered. The workers were very punctual, efficient, and worked very carefully. They did a beautiful job and we are extremely pleased with the result! We were so impressed with their work that we will return to them to complete additional flooring projects for our home. M&M Moving made our move during these challenging covid-19 times an excellent experience! In short: excellent service, guaranteed quote, careful treatment of furniture and home, excellent price. The longer version: As we were selling our home we received scores of ads from moving companies but Brent Routley and his team clearly stood apart. He provided the most reasonable quote and was the only company willing to move our home within a single day (others wanted to store our items overnight and deliver the next day). Importantly he provided a guarantee that the final price would not exceed 15% additional cost if they went overtime - no other company provided this assurance. On the day of the move we received two trucks and five movers, who not only moved our home from Markham to Waterloo in one day, but completed the job in less time than anticipated. Thus, our final cost was actually below the quote the Brent had provided. This is truly outstanding, as our previous experience with other companies involved workers taking long brakes trying to stretch their hourly wages to the max. We would definitely recommend M&M Movers and would use them again in future (although we hope to stay where we are for years to come:)
