Abbey appears more focused on selling new lighting systems than keeping your irrigation system working properly. Tries to get in and out quick but does not focus on the details of the system. I followed up four times by phone and text over the course of 3-4 weeks with no response only to receive an insulting text message from Greg asking me never to contact Abbey again and to take my business elsewhere. Claimed I was asking for the work to be done for free - I was asking for the system to be repaired. Thanks for nothing Greg - your service has really fallen off the face of the earth in the last couple of years - this buried sprinkler head and uncapped pipe flooding water under my lawn was just the start of the problems you left behind this year.
