This is the second time I have used Scott Beetham and his team. They are very professional and prepared. Scott asked for photos before scheduling the appointment so his team could bring the necessary parts and fix the problem on the spot. I highly recommend this company and will use them the next time I have an electrical problem.

416 So Clean cleaned a large area rug in our bedroom as well as carpeting in the hall and closets. This is the second time I have used this company and, as was the case the first time, the service and result were first class. The owner responded to my request for service the same day. The two men who did the cleaning contacted me to let me know they were on their way about 30 minutes ahead of time. They were friendly, polite and very professional and did a terrific job cleaning our carpets. I will use this company again and have no hesitation is recommending them to friends.

We hired 416 So Clean to clean the runner on our staircase. They did an outstanding job. The carpet is old and sees alot of people and pet traffic. After the cleaning, it looked and feels like new. Richard was polite, friendly and did the work efficiently and in a tidy manner. We will use them again.

Our bathtub hand shower leaked and caused some water damage to our kitchen ceiling and the pot lights. Beetham Electric was recommended by the contractor overseeing the repair work. Dylan were very professional and responded quickly. We wanted to keep our existing pot lights. He did the research and made the effort, successfully, to find the same fixtures. He was a pleasure to deal with and had our confidence. We will use Beetham again.

Scott, Tammy and Scott were very professional and practical in their approach to solving the problem, which involved replacing a faucet without damaging (or minimizing the damage to) the custom wood skirting around our tub, that saved both time and money. Going forward, we will use them for any plumbing issues.

This company carried out repairs on my neighbour's walkway and chimney. I liked the way Brian and his team worked and the work was excellent, so I asked if they could do my walkway. I received a quote within a day. The price was very reasonable, so I hired them. It was a very smart decision. The work was completed efficiently (4 days) and with minimal mess and disruption to my neighbours. The work area was left tidy each evening. The walkway looks terrific. Another of my neighbour's is intending to hire them to do her walkway, as well. I highly recommend this company and will hire them again for any stone/chimney work.
