A service man from Lewis Appliance Services came to my residence on Wednesday, February 27 to determine the problem with my refrigerator. He was very professional and assured me that a part request would be sent and the repair should take place on Friday. Friday rolled around and I didn't receive word from the company. I called to find out if the part came in and the secretary explains that it didn't. She then states how I'll have to wait until next Wednesday. I'm frustrated further when she doesn't apologize for any inconvenience, but instead assures me that it's my problem, not hers in so many words. The following Wednesday comes (which is today) and once again there is no call from Lewis Appliance Services. I call to ask when a repairman will be at my home to fix the refrigerator. The secretary on the phone tells me that the part still hasn't come in and that I'll have to wait until the following Monday. Having lost everything in the refrigerator due to weather changes, i say, "This is ridiculous!" I was disconnected from the phone and called back. I asked to speak with the owner and the line went quiet. I let out my frustrations because I repeatedly asked, "Hello? Hello?" without any answer. The line went dead and another woman called me back to let me know that my refrigerator would not be serviced and they would send my parts back. I thought they didn't have my parts!!!!! I assured her that I would inform people not to come to their company for service.
