While picking up our new washer/dryer the people loading it into our BMW SUV hit the bumper causing a scratch and gouge of the paint - the loaders laughed about it - but the service manager came out - admitted it happened, took a photo and sent it to Patricia the "Customer Relations Manager" - Patricia suggested our paint was "faulty" and that Trail Appliances was not prepared to admit fault. I hear from other sources that this is not an uncommon occurance for Trail - and this particular person.... Do not use this company, despite their "flashy" appearance they clearly lack integrity..... I have several more appliances to purchase over the next while, but these people will not see another dime from me !!

This company was great, they do great work and the project was on time and budget. I also found the owner and his staff professional and easy to deal with.

This is the second screen we have purchased from them and they are by far the best company I have ever dealt with on service. This screen was worth every penny! Great product and Great Service!!

Homes by us was professional and ahead of schedule. There attention to detail is what sets them apart from other builders. Hatton was professional and on time not to mention they refinished floors they had been nearly destroyed after our 2 month reno, that involved no roof for 2 weeks ( exposed hardwood to the elements). They also added all new hardwood to our new upper floor and was able to match the existing main floor hardwood that was original to the house from the fifty's.
