When I called, the company offered to get someone out the same day, which I did not need. The technician came promptly within the time frame given. He was efficient, and even took the time to check and spray the other door that did not need fixing. The spring and cables were replaced on the broken door and he even repositioned part of the automatic opener. It runs quieter than when it was brand new.
