I have been using coit for years with great success. I recently had two small rugs cleaned; they came back and were as bad as before. I have called and emailed and I am not getting a response, even after I spoke with someone there who said they would email me back before the end of that day (several days ago). very disappointing and completely ruined what had been a years-long positive experience.

i initially used Serge for a small job at my last house, where he did an amazing job. I used him again to replace all the lighting fixtures and fans when i moved to a new home in 2017. I had a very small problem on something unrelated just this past week, and he popped right over and did it (on a weekend no less). i can't say enough good things about Serge and his team. Every time i have used him, it's been a terrific experience.
