We are undergoing full renovation of our main floor, including our basement. Unfortunately, we have been living in a construction zone since November 2019. We just couldn’t find a contractor to commit to completing the work. Repeated unreliable, no show, shoddy renovators. Then I came across Mason Painting and Services on the Homestars website. Their reviews were very good, but I was a little apprehensive because of my previous experiences. I have to tell you that I’m really glad I decided on hiring them for my drywall / tape / plaster work. I was very impressed with the customer service, professionalism, punctuality, and quality of work this company offered. Javier assessed the work that needed to be done, and promptly provided a quote, and timeline for the work to be completed. He refused receipt of any money until the job was done, AND I was 100% happy… Now that’s someone that stands behind his work! He, and his team began working at 7am each day, and worked until 5 or 6pm. They carefully covered our belongings and windows with protective wrap, and tidied up at the end of each day. Upon completion, Javier walked me through the completed project area so I could inspect the work, and make sure I was happy. Not only did they meet our expectations, they went above and beyond to exceed them. Mason Painting and Service demonstrated their professionalism, expertise, customer service, and dedication for their business. Not only are we extremely pleased with the result of our main floor ceilings, and walls, but we are also excited to have found a reputable, respectable, trustworthy company to partner with again in the future. _ Punctuality: 10/10 _ Professionalism: 10/10 _ Experience / Knowledge: 10/10 Thank you so much!!!
