On one of the coldest days of the year, our furnace broke down. A cheerful person answered the call and a technician arrived within 2 hours ( I'm sure many calls were being answered that day). He checked out the problem (a failing blower motor) and was able to replace the motor and get the furnace going in a liitle more than one hour. The technician explained what the problem was and had no problem with me hanging around to watch his work. He explained what the cost of the new motor would be and what the total charge would be, before commencing with his work. I was very pleased with Lea's response and level of service.
