Three for three! This is the third major project that my family has hired Mark and his team for - yet again, they did not disappoint. Our project was on time AND on budget for the third time. His prices were very fair and his workmanship is exceptional. We are extremely happy with their work product and they helped make our renovation experience stress free. My wife and I had purchased a 1890's Victorian home that needed a fair amount of work. The arrival of a newborn baby pushed up our timeline to get a new kitchen and second floor bathroom (we ended up deciding to do an entire main floor reno). With a baby on the way, Mark had a tight deadline! Mark and Alban made a number of visits to our home to help us decide on what the final plans would be, helping us make decisions based on our budget and what we planned to do in the future with the home. They were always very professional and provided great advice. I appreciated how transparent they were with the budget, especially with the unexpected things that could arise when renovating such an old home. Throughout the renovation, Mark was always available to discuss any issues that arose. He is a problem solver, and our old home definitely gave him some challenges - all of which he was able to come up with creative solutions for. He does not take short cuts and always has safety top of mind. He had great suggestions once some of the walls were opened up on things we could do now to make a future renovation of our third floor easier and cheaper. Mark has a great team of trades that work for him. They were all very polite and respectful, and did great work. Mark and his team are very hard workers and are dedicated to sticking to their promises - multiple times we showed up on a Saturday or Sunday and saw them working at all hours to ensure we got into our home before the baby arrived. Mark also has a great network of suppliers. His strong relationships with these vendors really allowed for our renovation to stay on schedule despite some of the changes we made during the reno. While I would recommend using them, by no means did we ever feel pressured to go with them. Mark simply provided us with the information and options and let us make the decision. In short, Mark and his team are exceptional. They have now renovated my parents home, my sisters home, and now my home. We have all been extremely happy with Mark, Stefan, Alban and the rest of the team. The fact that they have now done three projects for our family that were all on time, on budget and beautiful speaks for itself. We look forward to having Mark work on our next project!
