Installed a casatunes music streaming device connected to 7 zones in my home. Had them come back a couple of years later to help install a new big screen TV (vizio) and new sound bar to the music system. Their attention to detail, patience to communicate what they were doing, options and pros and cons, as well as their interpersonal skills (polite, courteous, respectful and careful of surroundings) is so impressive. But most impressive of all has been their service and support after the work was completed. When I have issues (new devices to interface or casatune issue) they are prompt and patient in following up and diagnosing even though there is no maintenace/support fees. They just want to have happy customers. Richard and Ben have been great I could not recommend them more highly (and I never write online reviews!).
