I need laminate and was calling around different stores. I have called about 5 and no one picked up the phone. Until I called Hardwood Giant. I got Sam on the other end and he was very polite and helpful. An hour later I was in the showroom selecting the material. They also carry trim at a good price. Very good experience. Will be back for sure and send all my friends.
