ISH did a great job taking care of us. Not like other companies that I have dealt with, ISH took the time to make sure if there was anyway that the present unit could be repaired, before suggesting a replacement. Normally, I have had companies that were trying to sell their most expensive units and not even really attend to the problem. ISH took extended time to check everything and determine the cause. Once it was determined the unit had to replace, he recommended the least expensive and best a/c. He and his team than took the time to hook it up properly so it would last. ISH even found other errors other repair people had done, and fix those as well, no cost. He put in well insulated lines that I know will last a lifetime, plus hooked me up with a new ac that offered ac 10 year guarantee. Lastly, he explained many things well, that will me save money in the future. I would definitely recommend most highly. His level of service is a roll back to the old days.
