My experience with Roof By Roof Exteriors is nothing short of amazing. This began with a Kijiji ad on a Wednesday afternoon. The company was searching for flyer distributors, and I had spoken with Ricky in the morning about my interest, and was invited to start the very next day. Kijiji is notorious for being a nest for either very honest or very dishonest individuals, it seems I have by all means received the better odds. Making my way down the suburbs of Tuscany from the C-train station, I was met by an honest, straightforward individual. The following days with Ricky have been nothing short of excellent. In a self-directed, energetic, and incentivized workplace, I found myself not working a job, but a mission: a mission to be of service to an ever expanding line of work through highly incentivized work. After a day of accomplishment and a slightly sunburned neck, I was offered nothing short of a ride home through Ricky’s kind and genuine initiative. As a high school graduate setting forth into the shifting tides of adulthood, I am flattered by the trusting and meaningful responsibility I’ve been given so far. If my experience inside the company is in any way reflective of the workplace culture and customer experience, then Roof By Roof Exteriors deserves nothing short of an exceptional review, and professional recommendation from myself.
