We had our built in BBQ cleaned by Barbeque Pro this week. They did a nice job. I was concerned about the cleaning causing grease stains on our beautiful stonework around the bbq, but Shane did a great job ensuring this did not happen.

I needed a new gate for the stairs to my basement door from outside to ensure safety for grandchildren, as well as to enhance security for our home. I also wanted to install 5 metal grates on our basement window wells so that our grandchildren would not be at risk from falling into them. Art Metal Workshop was recommended to me by a family member. I called them and a rep arrived at the time and date agreed to measure and get my input on what I wanted. It was important to me that, besides the safety and security aspects, the gate and grates fit in with other fencing around the house. They measured, provided a detailed quote and diagram. Then I accepted the quote and put a deposit down. The Art Metal office team were very helpful and kept me informed on progress and answered all my questions. They gate and grates were install very professionally. They are solid and fit in very well with my existing fencing. The grates are very solid and can be walked on, but still let light through to the basement windows. I was very happy with the job and highly recommend Art Metal Workshop for any custom made metal gates, fencing or window well grates.

A A Waters & Brookes did an excellent job of updating some pipes and changing the configuration of our sprinkler system. First of all, their office organized and confirmed the appointment. The Office Rep was courteous and helpful. Their technician showed up on time both days and did an exceptional job in two respects: (1) He listened carefully to what I wanted done and made some constructive suggestions on what is best way to achieve it; (2) He completed the work in a highly professional manner, then tested it to show me how it worked. Highly recommend this company if you need sprinkler work done.

We had our sprinkler system repaired last fall by Waters & Brookes. Unfortunately the repairs were faulty, but to the credit of the the company owner he reviewed photos and spoke to me, then sent a new team out to repair it again. The second repair attempt was a complete success. They searched carefully for the leak problem, fixed it and actually improved the backyard sprinkler system for us. Very happy with final result.
