Alex is amazing - AMAZING! He is next-level professional - quick, smart, on-time, excellent communicator, and sells an excellent product. While at least 2 other people I know are still waiting for their windows (6mths +), my custom-made windows are all installed and keeping me warm after less than 3 months. Most of them were installed at the 2 month mark - we just had to wait a few more weeks for sliding doors. There too Alex showed how proactive he is. Our doors were built but needed the cladding on the outside to match the rest of our condo development. Instead of waiting for that to be done at the factory, Alex had the doors shipped with the rest of our completed windows and had the painting done in Calgary. Instead of months, we waited a couple of weeks. What a great experience! Thanks Alex!

SLAVKO IS VERY PROFESSIONAL. HE ARRIVES EARLY AND PUTS IN A FULL DAY. HE WORKS WITH YOU AND IS FLEXIBLE REQUIRED, VERY EASY TO WORK WITH. HE IS METICULOUS IN HIS WORK WHICH IS OBVIOUS FROM THE SMOOTH WALLS AND BEAUTIFUL PAINTWORK HE DOES. BECAUSE OF HIS STRONG WORK ETHIC, HE COMPLETED THE VARIOUS PHASES OF OUR PROJECT EARLIER THAN PROJECTED. OUR PROJECT WAS AN EXTENSIVE RENO ON A CIRCA 1979 CONDO DUPLEX, ROUGHLY 1700-1800 SQ.FT. THE LIVING ROOM AND DINING ROOM HAVE 16-18 FT CEILINGS AND LOTS OF THIRSTY WOODWORK THAT NEEDED LOTS OF PAINTING. BUT WHAT A DIFFERENCE! HIS WORK MADE! SLAVKO'S WORK CONTRIBUTED TO THE WONDERFUL FINISHED PRODUCT WE NOW GET TO CALL HOME. THANK YOU SLAVKO! ANYONE WOULD BE LUCKY TO HAVE YOU WORK ON THEIR PROJECT!
Ryan and his team were exceptional! Not only was their work very well done but they always arrived on-time and NEVER held up any other trade. True pros! Our project was a renovation of a 1700+ sq ft condo firmly ensconced in 1979. Basically, we gutted the place and rebuilt it to 2023. It was wonderful working with Ryan and I would recommend him - I have recommended- for any electrical project. Top drawer!
FREDERICK IS AMAZING! VERY PROFESSIONAL, USES EXCELLENT MATERIALS AND KNOWS HIS STUFF! THE GLASS DOOR COMPANY WE ARE USING SAID THEY'VE NEVER SEEN SHOWER WALLS SO STRAIGHT - MIRACULOUS IN A HOME BUILT IN 1979 WHERE EVERYTHING IS CROOKED! OUR TUB SURROUND, KITCHEN BACKSPLASH, AND CUSTOM WALK-IN SHOWER ARE BEAUTIFUL AND WERE ALL DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER. HE ALSO REPAIRED OUR TILED MANTEL ON THE FIREPLACE WHEN THE FRONT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. IT LOOKS BETTER THAN BEFORE! AS WELL, FREDERICK COMMUNICATED WITH US THROUGHOUT OUR PROJECTS AND WAS ABLE TO TROUBLESHOOT ANYTHING THAT CAME UP THROUGHOUT CONSTRUCTION. HE SAVED US MONEY AND TIME. AND WE LOVE THE RESULTS! I HAVE ALREADY RECOMMENDED HIM TO SEVERAL PEOPLE.

Chung is terrific. He always lets me know when he'll be arriving and he does what he says he's going to do! He knows his stuff, too. This is the second time we've had Chung fix plumbing for us. The first time was a much bigger job involving cutting through very thick marble tile, clearing out faulty pipes, cleaning out black mold (!!), and finding replacement fixtures to match what remained of the old fixture. NOT EASY! But he got it done well and professionally. The recent job he did for us was getting the decade-old+ Toto operating properly again (it was leaking, not flushing well, etc.). He did a great job again. I would recommend (and I have) Chung anytime!
Reliable, Friendly and Knowledgeable
Ryley was prompt and well qualified to sort all the electrical work needed in the rental we moved to. Unfinished electrical outlets, lighting issues, and a few outdoor electrical boxes that needed to be re-installed properly and safely. He is well educated in his craft (Red Seal Master Electrician). He is price conscience on behalf of the client and I appreciated his attention to leaving the job site clean when he was done his work. A very good trade.
In spite of Covid restrictions, (screen replacement and repair not deemed an essential service), HSWT stepped up, worked with me and we managed to get 2 screens built, (one from scratch, ie. I did the measurements under HSWT guidance) within 24 hours (each). Prices are reasonable. Nice people to work with.
