I would NOT recommend the Full Storey Inc to anyone after our experience. The actual inspection with the inspector was fine and he was said that we could contact him via text/email if any questions come up once we got the report. After realizing that he missed something kind of crucial in our basement we contacted him and HE NEVER GOT BACK TO US. We tried emailing his son who helps with the business but also never heard back. We texted him several times over a month later and still nothing. It turns out one of our support beams required an additional telescoping beam to hold it up - pretty important foundational issue! We ended up having to pay another structural engineer later on to assess it again. Although he seemed to know his stuff (and I'm assuming he does?) the fact that we never got any follow up made us question his expertise and definitely his reliability and professionalism. It's a shame they're that busy or don't care about their clients enough.
