Dependable is the only sewer company we ever call. We have used them for clogged toilets, drains, etc. We even have used them to install a brand new toilet. Their prices are competitive, and they send someone out right away when you call. They guarantee their work, and they stand behind that guarantee - no problem.

This is a little family hardware that is the place to go to when you need that certain little odd-shaped/sized bolt you can't find anywhere else. Or your ice-skates sharpened, your mower tuned up, or it's blade sharpened, or an actual copper weathervane for your barn. Would give it 10 stars, but beware it's location - store and parking is RIGHT at the foot of the Salzburg bridge, and stoplight.

Each time we move into a different house, we call Mr. Draves. He owned his own company for years, and is now semi-retired. He is the nicest, most knowledgable man you will ever meet. He comes and gives you a very professional estimate for the work to be done, and his prices are GREAT! The only reason I can't give him 10 stars is that since he's semi-retired, you may have to wait for him to come back from RV'ing to do the job!

They tried the bait and switch on us in the showroom, but we caught them. We were in a bind for time, so we let that, and their high prices go. THEN, we went to see it installed, and they were going to put in a GREATLY inferior carpet than the one we picked out and was quoted. We were told we would have to pay ALOT more money, or they would rip out all they had started on. (Half the house!!!) DON'T TRUST THE SALESPEOPLE!!!

Their salesmen are very friendly and helpful, without being pushy. Prices are great, so is the selection. And they have the biggest room-size remnants inventory anywhere in Mid-Michigan. If you have just one room to carpet, you'll find it there. Have done several one-room projects with them, and also have had them do a few whole-house jobs, including carpet, vinyl flooring, tile, etc. Always highly satisfied, and would tell anyone that they are the best around!!!

We had a squirrel in the drop ceiling of our basement. That little monster was running around crazily, tearing everything all up, making a huge mess! The guy from RNT came, with cages, and his dog, a Sheltie, named "Shelby". It was amazing to see that little dog work, following the scent, tracking to where it came in and went out, found where it was holed up, and eventually into the cage. The dog did all the work!!! 100% satisfied, would recommend to all-they get the job DONE!!!
