PUREFILTERS is a dishonest, bad company. They took my credit card number over a supposed purchase that never went through and which was CANCELED: the order was made and cancelled April 11. Since they could not be reached by phone, I immediately wrote to them about the order cancellation seeing that they took money out of my credit card the moment they had the numbers. I received an email from “Ron” April 12 stating cancellation. But this same 'Ron' kept emailing to say "we are waiting to send the items” — for a sale that was CANCELED?! It is now going to the third month and still no return of my $201.82 dollars this company took from my account. It seems they never bothered to do anything other than misuse my card numbers. They also appear to be trying to deceive me into thinking the money has been returned. I have had to block my card because of PUREFILTERS’ fraudulent use of my account number. PUREFILTERS are hypocrites too who use the pandemic phrase “stay safe” to make it seem they care or are honest. PUREFILTERS still has not returned the $201.82 they fraudulently took out of my account ONCE MORE, Kindly refund the amount you took from my credit card.
