I decided to refinish my dining room floor which has had a lot of traffic over 30 years. My friend recommended someone who he has dealt with for many years and they did great work he told me. This company came in and sanded the floor. It looked beautiful till I stained it. It was obviously there was only one sanding done with different grit paper on the edges. The stain on the perimeter was substantially lighter than the middle. I was very upset … ruined floor and out of significant money. I phoned around.
