Roof on New Construction House
Manny responded to a late evening inquiry and responded that same late night evening, We met the following day to talk roofing. He went over the whole project and we laid out vents, exhaust fans and showed me multiple shingle qualities and options. made a gentleman’s agreement. Not only does he put in the leg work to quote the job, but he is on the roof during the job! Extreme heat, heavy lifting for a big roof didn’t slow him or his crew down. Even though his guys are good, he still takes the time to go over all the work and make sure everything is to his standards. He did a few extras for us last minute, and when time came to square up, it was exactly what we agreed on. To us, that showed a lot of integrity, especially in the roofing trade where there are a few bad apples. Would not hesitate to recommend Manny to anyone needing a new roof. Thanks for keeping us dry !
