We were satisfied with the time that the sales person spent with us designing and helping us to decide on the type of wood used. We decided on Hickory and the grain variation is great. The cabinets were late, but they were installed quickly. We would use them again for future projects.
We spent a lot of time with them to decide on the spiral stair case that is now installed in our home. They are the only company that is dealing with Spiral Staircases in Alberta. The team of people that came to install the staircase was impressive. We were almost like family by the time that it was all done. It took about a month to install. The only problem was that I was left with the task of painting it once it was installed.

We were satisfied with the service that we go on the purchase of our windows. It was the dealings with the company since then, that have given us a sour taste in our mouth. I had called due to mould that is appearing in the corner of our windows. When I asked how to take care of this problem without damaging the window, the woman at the other end of the phone told me to "GOOGLE IT." It makes me feel that now that the windows are installed and paid for, that I am no longer an important customer.

It was very easy to work with this company. They came in and installed the furnace in our crawl space. There was no issues with them crawling around in the dirt under our house. All of the duct work is also under there. It was complete in a day. My husband was shown how to use the product and the heat was on that night. It was that easy. We will use them again for future projects.
