We had a huge piece of art we wanted framed. We looked for the largest pre-bought size possible, but the art was too large for anything we could find, so we used Colonial Custom to help us create a custom frame that was made to fit. They did an excellent job and did it an affordable cost. I would recommend them to anyone in our area looking for custom framing!

We had a gorgeous antique chair that was my fiance's grandmother's for many years. It is a larger wingback chair but the upholstery was yellowed and aging. We hated to get rid of the chair so we decided to get it redone. We chose the help of Boothes Son, and they did a great job! We got to choose the materials and color we wanted and they redid the chair while keeping the integrity of the piece intact. I was very impressed and I'd highly recommend their services to anyone in the Hampton Roads area looking for a quality upholstering company.

Our refrigerator leaked recently, and there was water everywhere. We debated on buying a whole new frig, but thought it would be better to just see if we could get it repaired. Since it was sort of an emergency, we called several places but only appliance repair of Tidewater was able to come to our home and get it done the same day. Their repairman was honest and did a thorough job, and our refrigerator has been working great ever since.

We recently looked everywhere for a new sofa but nowhere seemed to have anything in stock that we wanted. We finally found exactly what we were looking for color-wise, style wise and price-wise at Grand on Jefferson. Our salesman Ron was really helpful and even called the day of delivery to make sure everything was on time and OK. I highly recommend their service and selection for furniture of all kinds!

Animal Jungle in Virginia Beach is one of the largest pet stores in the Tidewater area. They have tons of fish, reptiles, rodents, mammals, and more. In fact, they've got some of the most exotic animals in the area for sale or just to view. We love it because they had the exact decorative accessories we were looking for to put in our fish tank, and tons of really cool salt and freshwater fish. The staff is helpful, and the store is large with a good selection and decent prices. I would definitely recommend this store for people looking for unusual pets or pet supplies!

Before we bought our house, we needed a good storage place that was safe and convenient. We found it with mini price storage for sure. The cost was decent, the place was well lit and very secure, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and the place was clean. I very highly recommend this place if you're looking for either a long or short term storage solution. AND our unit was temp. controlled which was nice as well!

If you're looking for inexpensive starter plants, this is a great place to start. They offer a decent array of various species in small pots for a good deal. They also have a lot of seeds and small pots you can buy. It's a nice little place to stop by during a day trip to downtown Norfolk.

I Just love this store! They have tons of great home goods from kitchen supplies, tools, pans, and appliances, as well as crystal, bedding and tons more. We got a great stainless steel pan there for a really good deal. The people working there are helpful and friendly. I highly recommend it!!

We were looking for an affordable couch and searched everywhere for a place that sold decent stuff that wasn't outrageously priced. We finally found a really nice, solid couch in the perfect green color here. It can seat 4 people and seems really solid. So far we're very happy with our purchase here!

I just love this place! They have tons of beautiful plants, hard to find seeds and beautiful outdoor accents. There is also an indoor restaurant and home decor boutique. A really cool place!!
