Short version: AMAZING, hire Remi for your next job - big or small! Full story: Remi and his team have been absolutely amazing in helping us to repair a long neglected house. He has been sensitive to us and our budget, and met a very short timeline. He has helped us to see the value in a house we feared was beyond repair, and has renovated with plans for further improvements as our budget allows. The team have taken on our project to remediate our home, focussed on securing the envelope of the house and regrading. This has included reroofing, mold remediation, demolition of the worlds most ridiculous deck and hot tub configuration, rebuilding a huge deck and reinforcing the shed roof structure above, regrading a large portion of a very large lot, replacement of two sliding doors, and cleaning out 20 years of junk. Remi's team are respectful of our family needs, work quickly and keep things very tidy so as to interrupt the function of the home as little as possible. Remi has been great at communicating throughout, and is diligent in keeping us up to date on where our money is going. As with any old home there have been some unanticipated "surprises" to complicate the original plan. Remi has been clear in the solutions required and also in identifying things that could be delayed. I can recommend Remi's Handyman Services without reservation. My partner refers to him as the "House Whisperer" and I would absolutely hire him again (bathrooms, kitchen, addition are next hopefully). I have already referred friends to him for their own problem houses and would recommend him for any job - large or small - as a full service, one stop shop.
