Terrible experience. Not responsive at all and does not keep scheduled appointments. After the initial assessment which I had to pay $100 for, I tried to book them to come back to complete the job and remove the pests from my attic. After multiple attempts over two weeks, and a confirmation that they would complete it by the end of this week, they were a no show (today is Friday). I did not get any call backs either and any attempts to reach them have failed. Save your time and money and go elsewhere to a company that is more responsible.
