We met with 4 contractors and Clifford stood out as I could tell he could handle the job and priced the job fairly compared to other quotes I got. I didn't want to go with the cheapest or the most expensive I wanted someone who could deliver on our expectations. Clifford and his team worked diligently and came in on budget and on time which we were impressed with given the complexity. Pegasus was professional and respectful of our space as we and our tenants continued to live in the home while they worked in the basement. Would recommend getting them to quote on your next underpinning project.
