I was looking to purchase an old property but since this was would have been my first purchase , I really did not know what to look out for. I took the Home inspection services from Mike and his team and I was more than pleased with the whole process. Mike walked me through everything while doing inspection and explained all the issues , their severity , fix and estimated cost. The report is brilliant will pictures and all the actionable items.
