v in Richmond Hill

M5 Electric Richmond Hill was to install electrical panel and finish basement. They not only took 15K up front from my mother who had cancer at the time. He dragged out the job for almost year and half saying he would be back and come 1 time a month. In the end we have no electrical panel and no completed basement. The issue was the basement was completed before he got involved....t was torn out for him to renovate it! The ESA does not care about electricians who rip people off they in fact have no recourse over licensed electricians who do not do work and take peoples money.
