Michael has carried out two home inspections for us and we feel very fortunate to have worked with him. His inspections are incredibly thorough, with great attention to detail. The reports he produces for each house have enduring value beyond the initial purchase  they are like an owner's manual that provides a list of important maintenance and repair tasks that should be carried out going forward.
