WE LOVE OUR NEW PATIO! We used Nortown Paving & Construction a few years ago to re-do our driveway and put in an interlocking front path. They were nothing but professional and friendly, and fully delivered on everything they promised. So it is no surprise that when we reached out this year about getting a patio installed in our side yard that there were no issues. Marc and his team delivered exactly what we wanted, completed it all in the timeframe we discussed, and we're now all set to enjoy our patio this summer! We'll definitely reach out again for other future projects. Highly, highly recommend!

Super happy with our deck refresh! It's looks like new! Our deck, which is quite large, was initially painted with a super adhesive latex paint (not the right kind of paint for a deck we've now learned) about 9 years ago, and over the last few years started to chip away badly. We tried hiring other handymen/painters, and they weren't up to the challenge - they gave up on removing the existing paint, as they weren't able to do it or didn't know how / why it wouldn't come off. House and Condo Painters were able to come in and remove all the old paint as promised, and stain it properly with an oil based stain. Dimitri took his time to explain to us what needed to be done and what the most durable stain would be. He followed up during the course of the 3 day project to make sure we were happy with the progress, and was available to answer any questions / concerns we had. They are true professionals, and we highly recommend them! As I said, my 9 year old deck now looks brand new!

Super happy with the service! Decided to get the stump removed - well, actually grinded - from my backyard during the Covid pandemic. Chatted with the owner over the phone and sent him some pictures of the stump through text, and he was able to give me an accurate quote within the day. Once I agreed to the service, I had an appointment within a week. The guy came and took care of the stump within 30 minutes. No fuss, no muss. Highly recommend.
