Professional and honest. A wonderful combination in this current world enviroment. He gave us a fair quote, he did the work in a very professional manner, he gave us knowledge of what to expect to see and he didn't take advantage of our lack of knowledge regarding the tree. I asked if he needed to come back in a year to retrim the tree and he could have very easily taken advantage of my lack of knowledge....his response was no, call me in a couple of years.
