Rafael responded right away to my call and was on site the next day to make an assessment. A big glass wall crushed (2x3 metres) and needed to be replaced. He provided a fair estimate of the costs for the repair and the work was done within 10 business days. He has been very professional and kind. I would definitely call him back again if needed.
