Thank Rick for your excellent service. I called with our problem and Rick arrived within the hour to fix. As it turned out I had purchased two sets of identical double doors in the past 5 years. I had thought both set of doorS were from Pacific View but it turned out only one set had been from Pacific View. The doors that had the problem were not the doors they had installed but Rick fixed the problem for us. All the more impressive is that this was during the covoid 19 pandemic.
