When we decided to move our daughter to the basement we knew an egress window was the law. I contacted David at Egress Window Experts and he provided a detailed quote outlining each of the work items and costs associated. After obtaining other quotes (both higher and lower) and reading other reviews on line, I trusted the experts at Egress Windows. Konstantin, the site coordinator, came out to take exact measurements. His knowledge about structure and support put us at ease since he had determined that the basement window frame as support instead of using a lintel which is common practice by some builders. The workers that installed the window were on time , put out hall runners and were neat and tidy and even vacuumed afterwards. The end result was a beautiful casement window that was finished inside with jams and trim and finished professionally outside with aluminum flashing waterproofed and covering up the cut concrete! You will not have any concerns or doubts about using this company! They are after all, THE EXPERTS!
