We noticed our kitchen sink wasn't draining and were unable to use our dishwasher as a result. I reached out to Hot Rod Plumbing for a quote on services and Noel contacted me within 10 min and was able to stop by and complete the work that morning. Noel showed extreme care in regard to COVID-19 protocol and was very professional. Not only was he knowledgeable and completed the work quickly, but he spent the time explaining to us how this situation arose and how we can avoid it in the future. In addition, his prices were extremely fair. I would HIGHLY recommend using this company for future projects and will certainly keep him in mind for family and friends. Thanks for all of your help!!

We went downstairs earlier today to find that our hot water tank had blown and we had water all over the floor. I submitted a work request on Homestars and Breck was the first to respond to it. Even during the tumultuous situation right now (with the COVID outbreak), he was able to do a same day replacement at the most affordable rate I had been quoted out of multiple vendors. Not only was he reasonable in price, he was extremely knowledgeable and very personable. I was SO happy with the level of service I received. We're probably going to have him back shortly to look at our furnace next, haha! I would highly recommend Breck's service.
