Furthermore, he went above and beyond by providing tips on how to reduce future problems given the types of windows..etc and was quick to point out the locations of necessary valves or switches. He came prepared with technology that enhanced his inspection and provided pictures along with the final report. The report is clear to follow, includes all details described during the inspection and is formated in a way that it has become our to do list for the next year or two. Including not only more pressing concerns like foundation cracks to less concerning signs of wear and tear on the cupboard doors. I feel that Manjur's inspection gave us a thorough understanding of the house and helped us feel confident moving from a conditional offer to purchase.
