The installation guarantee is meaningless, literally told me it would only apply if the material was 'falling apart'! I was pressured to pay a lot extra for a glue down floor rather than a floating one, but the glue hasn't kept it attached so I had a floating floor that is especially obvious in summer with the humidity, despite paying to have it glued down. Fast forward a few months to the Winter, and the opposite is happening, the cork tiles have contracted so the flooring is now literally 'falling apart' and they still won't do anything - keep saying they are talking to the managers etc but are just stalling so it will be past the guarantee period. Nightmare to deal with. Kicking myself after seeing all other the negative reviews on here about their installations -don't do it!

Jason is an amazing project manager, great communicator and VERY patient! I converted my garage into an office and Span-Co did the drywalling, painting and installed insulated flooring. Rafi and Desmond did an excellent job with all of it, and any small issues they were happy to come and correct them. Although I had got other companies/people to do other aspects (electric, heat, spray foam insulation, roofing), Jason was so generous in giving me advice about these things and communicating with the other tradespeople. This was despite the framer having done a terrible job and creating a lot of extra work for Rafi and Desmond. I do think they are a bit on the expensive side, but having had a few very challenging contractor and tradespeople experiences now, I would totally recommend them if you want to be avoid that kind of nightmare! The friendly helpful attitude of everyone who works for them is something that also removes a lot of the stress of renovations etc, which I am learning is EXTREMELY valuable, and just not the case with many companies.

Stefan and Roberto were amazing! Beautiful job and they made everything easy and low stress by checking in before during and after the work. Hilariously I genuinely said ‘wow’ numerous times in the course of using this company! Highly recommend them. Seemed expensive when I first got the quote, but I inquired with another company and it was about the same price but would be over two days which would be a pain. Instead this was so convenient and chill, thank you!
