Mr. Acker and his associate were able to accommodate my schedule and arrived promptly and prepared. They were very professional and detail oriented. Mr. Acker talked me through the process and took detailed pictures and notes and asked for history of certain events. This was not a cookie cutter process but a joint discovery. Once the thorough inspection was completed, i was provided with several detailed documents that complimented what I was to submit for my 1year inspection. Very pleased and satisfied with the service provided and highly recommend.
