We called about the oven not working in our viking stove. Vince arrived the same day, and as he was working on the stove we told him that two burners were not working one of which was the large burner. We were told many times that we would not be able to get these fixed because they did not make these types anymore. Our viking stove was a 1950's model. Vince was able to completely fix the stove, and unprovoked fixed a pilot light that was blown out. He had to re-jig one he had to fit our stove at no charge. He went above and beyond and we will wholeheartedly recommend Vince to our families and friends. Our Viking is as good as new!
