An inspection of the furnace was done quickly and efficiently. Gennadiy answered all my questions explaining technical aspects in a very knowledgeable, clear and understandable way. We also discussed pricing for all possible options. His knowledge of industry trends, solutions and brands was very impressive. There was no any pushing towards any option or brand name, so by the time he left I possessed all information needed to make an informed decision. I took my time and did some research to confirm that all information I got was correct and pricing was fair. Our decision was to replace the furnace for a new Lennox elite version. Next morning Gennadiy and his partner showed up in time and all work that included furnace replacement and pipe reconfiguration was done extremely efficiently. In few hours my home was warm and brought to life thanks to ‘Smile HVAC’ diligent and thorough work. They left work place very clean as if it was intact.
