I wanted all windows to be replaced before winter starts. I contacted a few contractors based on the reviews but all of them had at least 12 weeks before they can install the windows. When I contacted Ambia the sales agent provided me with enough details on the cost breakdown, the windows features, and delivery times so I can make the proper decision. The windows were installed on time in mid December. After installation, Tony followed up with me to ensure I'm satisfied with the installation and I raised one small issue with the reinstallation of windows shutter on one of the windows. The issue was resolved on time.
