I think that it is also important to note that a family with a small child, like our own, can truly appreciate the polite, considerate and extremely professional ways you worked around us. My furnace broke down just when the weather began to get cold. I phoned Heating Plus and Lucy assured me that help was on the way. Within the hour, Paul and his crew were at my house and were able to diagnose the problem (my ventilator fan was broken). They were able to find the appropriate part immediately and complete the installation quickly and at a fair price. Paul and his crew were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend them to others!
