Palo was very friendly and gave us a price well under the quotes of other contractors. The charger came from the U. S. and turns out was not CSA approved, so shouldn't have been installed. He came back and removed the non-CSA approved one and installed a newly ordered approved one and only charged for the second ESA inspection.
